RETURN POLICY

Can I return my order?
Yes — you can return your order within 30 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied.

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories
  • The product must show only normal handling (no damage from improper use)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be cleaned before returning
  • Any defective items must be reported immediately upon arrival

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns are processed through our international warehouse
  • Returns may be subject to handling, restocking, or customs fees (up to 10%), which may be deducted from your refund
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy

 

How do I return my order?
If your return meets the conditions, follow these steps:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for your return

Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important:
Do not send your return to the sender’s address. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team.

 

Order Cancellation (24-Hour Policy)

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this time, cancellations are no longer possible as orders are processed automatically.

To cancel your order, email info@eleanorandpearl.comwith your order details.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

 

Refunds for orders of $100 or more
Orders with a total value of $100 or more are generally refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on any item in our store and does not expire.
This policy applies to high-value orders and is part of our standard return process.
