However, we do not guarantee that:

5. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors


6. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • System errors

If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.


7. Payment

We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

All transactions are encrypted and secure.


8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
Most customers receive their order within 5 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • External factors beyond our control


9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, including packaging and accessories

  • Items must show only normal handling (no damage from improper use)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be cleaned before return

  • Defective items must be reported upon arrival

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Returns are processed through our international warehouse

  • Returns may be subject to handling, restocking, or customs fees (up to 10%), which may be deducted from the refund

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

To request a return, contact info@eleanorandpearl.com with your order number and reason. Returns must be approved before being sent.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellation is no longer possible due to automated processing.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, or government actions.


14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION 

Any dispute arising from your use of this website or purchases shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

You agree that:

  • Disputes will be handled individually

  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
